SERVERS DESKTOPS & LAPTOPS

What is it?

Cloud 10 provides onsite and remote technical support for the following hardware regardless of the age or the manufacturer:

  • Desktop Computers
  • Laptop Computers
  • Servers (both physical and virtual)
  • Printers
  • Fax Machines
  • Multi-Functional Peripherals

We also support NAS (Network-Attached Storage) units. These are essentially servers than can only be used for file storage, not running software. These are popular with firms that want a shared drive without the expense of a server.

Why use it?

  • Most companies these days are completely reliant on their IT hardware so that if it malfunctions or stops working it can severely affect the efficiency and viability of every area of the business – Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Accounts and Marketing. Cash flow (and therefore the whole business) depends almost entirely on IT systems being up and running.
  • External support from a reputable IT support company will be delivered by people with experience and technical qualifications.
  • Investing in the right hardware can save a lot of money further down the line. Good advice on this subject is extremely valuable. Our staff members all have a great eye for detail and will be more than happy to use their knowledge to match the right product to your individual company needs, taking all the relevant factors into account.

How do Cloud10 do it?

Many IT professionals will simply respond to any problem by replacing hardware and reinstalling software. This will nearly always work in the short term but costs money, takes time and will not address the real problem itself only its symptoms. We do exactly the opposite meaning that when we deal with a problem for a customer it almost never comes back. Cloud10 provide Hardware Support in all monthly packages without any long-term contract as well as on an ad hoc basis. We also lease equipment allowing you to replace all of your computers at a specified time rather than change them whenever you take on someone new and having people doing the same job but with tools of different quality.
